Refund Policy

eBook & Digital Products

• Due to the nature of digital downloads, all ebook sales are final and non-refundable.
• If you experience technical issues accessing your file, please contact us at support@transformation-hub.co.za, and we will ensure you receive your copy.

Coaching Sessions

• Cancellations & Rescheduling: You may reschedule a booked session with at least 24 hours’ notice without penalty.
• Refunds:
• Refunds are not available once a coaching program has begun.
• A full refund will be granted if you cancel a package or session before scheduling begins.
• If you are not satisfied after the first coaching session of a package, you may request a 50% refund of the remaining unused sessions.
• No-shows: Sessions missed without notice will be considered used and are non-refundable.
